COLUMBUS, Ohio — According to a statement by Mizuno Corporation, the sporting-goods company will purchase all shares of fellow Japanese company, Senoh Corp., for 7.98 billion yen ($100 Million) from the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corp. of Japan.
Senoh, originally founded in 1908, is a Japanese sporting equipment manufacturer that constructs hardware for sports and exercise equipment.
As the worldwide exclusive Senoh distributor for North, Central, and South America, Sports Imports is excited that Senoh has become a part of another long-standing and recognized supporter in the advancement of sporting apparel and equipment.
