• UPDATED DESIGN! Preferred by GCs and sub-contractors! Larger 5″ floorplate lid opening. Why is this important? Allows for greater floor movement with new floating wood floors, without having to cut or route into the basketball gym floor.
• Important Features: Solid brass blends better with wood and maintains the hardwood integrity of floors, brushed finish still allows for paint and striping, 5/8 inch thickness at hinge with 4 pounds of weight to prevent lifting or creating dead spots from the bounce of a ball, and hinged design for safety and easy access (no key needed to open).
• Improved Hinge Design: Hinge is 5/8″ thick and 1 1/8″ wide (1/4″ thicker than the original KA25-F design) to support a larger lid opening.
• Compatibility: Sports Imports + Senoh Indoor Volleyball Poles and all floor types, including wood, synthetic, tile, and more.
• Design/Material: Sleeve is DOM tubular steel and floorplate is brushed brass; 6 5/8” outside diameter solid brass floorplate. Need a larger diameter? Ask your rep for options.
